Flybird Hardware Limited reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Participants must provide valid business details (where applicable) to ensure authenticity.

2. Product Availability & Orders

No minimum order quantity is required, allowing sellers to start with flexibility.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation from Flybird Hardware Ltd.
Flybird Hardware Ltd. reserves the right to modify product availability, pricing, and terms without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing provided to sellers is strictly for resale purposes.
Payments must be made in full before order processing.
Flybird Hardware Ltd. reserves the right to update prices at any time due to market fluctuations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Sellers are responsible for covering shipping costs.
Estimated delivery times are subject to courier service availability and external factors.
Flybird Hardware Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
A tracking number will be provided once an order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our business, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Order cancellations are only possible before the product is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Resale & Branding Guidelines

Sellers may not modify, alter, or rebrand Flybird Hardware products without written consent.
Product descriptions and images provided by Flybird Hardware Ltd. must be used accurately without misleading representations.
Sellers are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting themselves as an official distributor or exclusive partner without prior authorization.

7. Liability & Indemnification

Flybird Hardware Ltd. is not liable for any losses incurred by sellers, including but not limited to business losses, third-party disputes, or platform policy violations.
Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Flybird Hardware Ltd. harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their sales operations.

8. Termination of Partnership

Flybird Hardware Ltd. reserves the right to terminate participation in the Entrepreneur Program at any time without prior notice if a seller violates these terms.
Grounds for termination include fraudulent activity, misuse of brand name, policy violations, or any actions deemed harmful to Flybird Hardware Ltd.

9. Modification of Terms

Flybird Hardware Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time.
Continued participation in the program after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
